LA County Draft Animal Facillity Ordinance Public Hearing Continued to September 30, 2015

The proposed Draft Animal Facility Ordinance Regional Planning Public Hearing has been continued to September 30, 2015. Purpose of the ordinance is to align Regional Planning and Animal Code by establishing zones where use is allowed, creating new development standards for regulation of Animal Facilities in Zone A-2, and creating a new definition for Animal Facility in Title 22.
