Community Meeting: New Septic System Regulations: Hosted by LA County Dept of Public Health and LA Regional Water Quality Control Board Wednesday, April 11, 2018, 6:30 PM at Acton/Agua Dulce Library, 33792 Crown Valley Rd, Acton, CA The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the State's Onsite Wastewater Treatment Systems Policy (septic tanks) and the County's Local Agency Management Program. The deadline to submit comments is April 23, 2018. The Agua Dulce Town Council members will be attending this Community Meeting and will submit comments based on input and remarks gathered at the meeting. read more

In an effort to eliminate illlegal cockfighting, the Board of Supervisors introduced a motion for a proposed ordinance that would limit the number of roosters allowed in unicorporated LA County.
