The Final EIS/EIR document is available for review on the internet.  Click HERE to connect.  The document is also available at the Acton-Agua Dulce Library.  The Environmentally Superior Alternative and Federal Agency Preferred Alternative is Alternative 2, the Proposed Action.  The Proposed Action location does NOT impact the community of Agua Dulce.
